Jamie is the President of Tri-State Industrial with more than 20 years of industry experience. Jamie brings a strong track record of driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and innovation in competitive markets. Under his leadership, Tri-State has achieved consistent year-over-year growth and has solidified its reputation as a trusted partner to industrial clients. Jamie earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Marshall University.
Greg is a co-owner and results-driven Outside Sales Representative with more than 30 years of experience building strong client relationships and consistently exceeding sales targets. Before co-founding Tri-State Industrial in 2006, Greg served as a branch manager at Fastenal, where he significantly outperformed sales goals and established a strong foundation in industrial supply sales. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business and Agriculture from Morehead State University.
Todd is a co-owner of Tri-State Industrial and a seasoned Outside Sales Representative with more than 35 years of experience driving sales performance and cultivating lasting client relationships. Before co-founding Tri-State Industrial in 2006, Todd worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Fastenal, where he honed his skills in consultative selling and account development.
Fredrick is a co-owner and brings over 25 years of diverse sales experience to his role as an Outside Sales Representative at Tri-State Industrial. Known for his deep understanding of the sales cycle, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering value, Fredrick is a trusted advisor to his customers and a key contributor to the sales team’s success. Before joining Tri-State in 2010, Fredrick worked as an Outside Sales Representative at Fastenal. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from West Virginia State University.
Ryan is the Chief Financial Officer and Operations Manager at Tri-State Industrial, as well as a co-owner. Ryan is responsible for leading the Company’s financial strategy, budgeting, and day-to-day operations to drive sustainable growth and efficiency. With a unique combination of financial expertise and operational insight, Ryan plays a key role in aligning Tri-State’s strategic objectives with strong business execution. He joined Tri-State in 2010 after graduating from Marshall University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance.
Mark is a Branch Manager at Tri-State Industrial, where he leads day-to-day operations, manages team performance, strengthens customer relationships, and drives local business development. Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Marshall University, where he also played collegiate basketball.
Before joining Tri-State, he played professional basketball in Germany and began his career at the Company as an Outside Sales Representative before transitioning into his current leadership role.
Eric is a Branch Manager at Tri-State Industrial, bringing over 18 years of experience with the Company to his role overseeing operations, team development, customer service, and local growth initiatives. Before joining Tri-State, Eric worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Fastenal. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Purdue University.
Matt Runyon is the Outside Sales Manager at Tri-State Industrial, bringing over 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, inventory management, and highly successful sales experience. Before joining Tri-State, Matt worked as a Manufacturing Account Manager for Grainger Industrial Supply. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies from Liberty University and a graduate certificate in Business Leadership from Liberty University.
